MAHIRA'S POV

AT RAJVANSH MANSION:

"Mahiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii uthhhhhhhh jaaaaaaaaaaaaa" a sound hit my ears as soon as i opened my eyes realising that it was just my best friend Taniya who was sitting on the opposite side of my bed staring at me with an expression i rarely see on her face.

"Bc koi mil gaya kyaaa?" I replied just to see her more annoyed than she already was. Taniya and me have been best friends since we were in 11th grade. Its took us less than a week to get close and now here we are. "Ms. Mahira Rajvansh! Vo aa raha hai aaj!!!!" She said with a huge smile on her face.

I am so confused what this girl is upto "Woh kaun?? Stop playing games with me Tani!!" Then the realisation hit me. Is this real? Or am i dreaming? Or maybe i am wrong it cant be him. "Areeee wohh-" suddenly the door opened "Vihaan will land in half hour, im going to pick him up" she was cut by my brother's voice. "What??" I shouted excitedly.

I regretted it as soon as it left my mouth. Oh god what have i done? So my brother does not know about my little crush.. no! wait not a little but my huge crush on Vihaan Khurana, my brother's best friend. Godd!!! i want to see him. And yes i have stalked him on insta alot but he's rarely active so i dont know how he's doing.

"Mahiii?" Tani whispered in my ear. Then i realised i have been dreaming about him since the past 5 minutes infront of my brother and my bestfriend and i'm totally flushed. I hope my brother didnt see it. "Bhaiya can i come with you?" I asked my brother Ahaan. He looked at me in shock "Why do want to come with me to pick him up?" God why does he have to be such a jerk and ask questions! I dont know what say! "Because she's your sister, Asshole" Tani shot back at him.

He glared at her. Gosh these two are always fighting!! God knows why!! "Mahi, i'm coming with you guys" She said mocking my brother. "Goddd!! Fine Mahi get ready we'll leave in 15 minutes" My brother said ignoring Tani. He was about to leave the room when he stopped and looked at Tani and said "Do i have to ask daddy's princess to get her ass out of the house and stay at her own place?" Ouch, i guess they will never go along. She threw a pillow towards him and he dodged it with no effort. I still cant wrap up my head around the fact the VIHAAN WILL BE HERE.

I suddenly heard curses and saw both of them glaring at each other. "Guys stop itt!!" I screamed. I got up and pushed my brother out of the room before he could say anything, "but-" he shouted "no buts, now get out" i said and closed the door. "Motherfucker" Tani cursed. "Careful, he's my brother" she just rolled her eyes. But the anger blew away as soon as she came to me and hugged me tightly "I cant believe he is going to be here and you will finally see him after your wait of 4 years!!" I'm excited but also a little nervous. Not a little i'm totally nervous to see him.

Oh god what is gonna happen when i see himm??! "Okay chal ab ready hoja i'll be downside till then and we'll leave." I nodded. She left and i closed the door swinging and dancing around. My heart is totally playing with me. I hope i'll be okay when i see him and not mess anything up.

"Oh my god! Mahii!" I heard Tani looking at me surprisingly. "Ab kya hua?" I replied. "Kuch nahi! Girl you look so pretty. Tujhe dekh kar hi flat hojayega woh" My cheeks turned red, again!! "Shut up" i said. I'm wearing a bright pink kurti with jeans and small jhumka.

Yes, i love wearing traditional even if i am model. On the other hand Tani was dressed up in normal oversized clothes. She looked so taller than me. I'm 5'4 and she's 5'7 but still she teased me alot about it. "Okay chal the asshole must be waiting downside" she said in an annoying tone.

As soon as i left my room Dadi maa saw me and i went to greet her. She was smiling widely and said "nazar na lage" i hugged her and kissed her forehead. My and dadi are close and she's always been there for me. "Tani, iska dhyan rakhna warna ye aur koi kand kar ayegi" my mother said from somewhere.

Tani laughed.. "Maaa! I am not a 10 year old child!!" I said while tani interrupted "Aunty aap tension mat lo mai dhyan rakh lungi iska" my mom smiled at her and then we both hugged her. "Jao ab warna tera bhai akele nikal jayega" Dada sa said. We left the house and got in the car. It takes atleast 10-15 minutes to reach the airport.

I'm so nervous and totally red. Tani came closer and whispered in my ear "Dont make it too obvious to your brother and touch up your face" she passed me the compact and a handkerchief. I applied some on my face and most on my neck because, only i knew how much i was sweating right now.

AT THE AIRPORT

We reached at the airport and found out that the flight is delayed by 30 minutes. I was so excited to see him. Tani saw the disappointment on my face and said "30 minutes hi late hua hai madam vapas USA nahi jaa raha. You can wait that much right?" She was smirking. Gosh this girl i'll deal with her later.

I rolled my eyes and sat on the sofa in the waiting room. My brother's expression was totally blank. He was the soon to be king of Rajvansh empire but he adored me the most in his life and always supported my modeling career.

It's weekend, so i dont have any boring university lectures today! However, i have a modeling shoot at 12:00 PM and it's already 9:05 AM right now. I glanced at taniya who was busy on her phone. I saw my brother glaring at her like he wanted to tear off her skull right now. Gosh! i have to make these two get along or they will cause nuisance wherever they go.

I guess i should get a small nap until he arrives or else i wont be able to face him.

20 Minutes Later

The flight has landed and now we're waiting for HIM. Tani came near me and squeezed my hand to assure me when my brother wasn't looking and whispered "God luck princess" so that my brother couldn't hear us. I took out my phone so i get a little distracted. As soon as take out my phone i hear my brother say "He's here" and i tilted my face up to find him staring at me.

His dark gaze burning into my skin. I almost dropped my phone when i saw his eyes trailing down to my body like he's checking me out. Every part of my body is sweating right now. He looks just like a dream. Black suit, white button down shirt with two undone buttons and rolled up sleeves while he's holding a black jacket in his hand. The way his muscles can be seen through the white shirt and his veins are totally visible also- suddenly i heard tani clearing her throat. I'm literally drooling over him. God mahira get a grip. My brother and Vihaan hug and talk while Taniya tries to calm me down. I heard my brother call my name asking me to greet him "Okay mahi, you got it. Dont be nervous!" And i go towards them.

VIHAAN'S POV

WHAT THE FUCK IS SHE DOING HERE?

Mahira Rajvansh, the one who seemed to be ignoring me everytime i'm around her. Why is she here to pick me? Even if she hates me? For no reason? Surprising. She was the first one to catch my attention in the crowd and seeing her in that pink kurti and open hairs left me stunned.

Fuck what is she doing to me? How can someone be so annoying and sweet at the same time? She's so bright like a ray of sunshine, on the contrary im just a dark storm she would never want to enter in. And now she's coming towards me, her cheeks flushed just by looking at me. She comes near me and now she's standing beside Ahaan. "Mahi, go greet him." He said in a normal tone.

She looked stunned and probably didnt want to come near and it is obvious that Ahaan dragged her here. I leaned my hand towards her for a handshake but she gave no response. Ahaan pinched her and she finally seemed in her senses. She nervously took out her hand and shook mine with a handshake. Her hand is totally sweaty and soft like fur. I gave her a small smile and she left my hand immediately.

"Excuse me" she turned around and ran towards Taniya, Her best friend since she was 16. She took taniya's hand and ran out of the hall. "Dont mind her" Ahaan said. Is she always like that or is it just with me? She's always been ignoring me since the first time i saw her when i was 14. "Ahaan, we need to talk about some serious business" he looked at me with confusion.

"What?" He asked. "I need your help" his expression blank "What help?" "The rathore's" his face darkened. "You know i cant get blood on my hands right now because i'll be living with my family"

He stared blankly and i went on "Aman rathore threatened me that they will leak our secrets, They also threatened to kill our families" I could see the anger boiling on his face. "And he said that he might spare us if he let oldest son marry-" he came closer "What? Who?" He said wanted to kill him right now.

"Your sister's best friend, Tani" he lost control and threw the vase off the table. "How much time do we have?" He asked. "Three months" i said and He smirked. This motherfucker has something going on in his head right now. "I'll leave for USA in 2 months" he said and i nodded. "Did you really think im here for the wedding?" I said smirking back. "Asshole. Now let's go" He said and we left the airport.

MAHIRA'S POV

"Calm down! Calm down! Calm down!"

Mahi soothed my back slowly. I'm totally out of breath, I embarrassed myself out there but i dont care i will deal with it later. I grabbed Tani with me to the washroom because she knows how to deal with me.

I'm turned on just by his touch and i still feel the heat of his hands. He touched me. He touched me. He touched me. OH GODDD WHAT THE HELL.

My breathing got even soon enough. "Lets go now they might be waiting" tani said in a soothing voice. I feel like i'm on cloud nine. Out of this world. Come on Mahi get a grip!!! We left the washroom and headed down towards the parking.

I found him talking to my brother and tried to escape them and not come into their vision. I was just about to escape "The car is parked that way sunshine" He said pointing to the opposite side of the parking. My cheeks flushed. "I- i'm not your sunshine" i said stammering. "Not yet" he smirked and grabbed my hand.
