MAHIRA'S POV

The whole drive home was silent and none of us uttered a word except thank you and sorry. He drove me home and left directly. I didn't have the courage to face him and tall to him because everytime I talked to him or had an eye contact, I blush so damn bad and he would have probably noticed it by now.

I quickly sent a text to Tani, I really wanted to tell her everything and god was I excited to see her reaction? Yes. Very much.

Me - You can't miss today's details babes!! Call me when you get home ASAP!!!!!

Tani - Omg! Did Vihaan propose you?? No wait. What happened??

Me - I'll tell you on the call!! And no he didn't propose me! Even if i wish he did. 🥲

Mahi - Awww! I'll be at your house in an hour! Byee see ya!

Me - Aren't you busy? Okay okay fuck it! see you soon!!

"HE DID WHAT?????????" I just stared at her wide eyes and laughed. "So you're telling me he did a photoshoot with you, dropped you home, and you guys Almost kissed????" She whisper yelled so that my mom didnt hear. "Come on! it wasn't intentional!! I just slipped and we were just close! Now stop being dramatic!"

We both laughed and she said "I'm staying here at your house today" I was surprised because it's been so long since we both did night stays. "OMG!! Its gonna be a fun nightt!!" I squealed. I went down to let mom know that she will be staying tonight and she was more than happy to hear it.

It was 5 PM and my brother would already be home. I went to knock on his door and he opened it. I was really mad at him, "How can you leave when you knew i had a shoot today!!" I pinched his shoulder. "Sorry, i had to leave for urgent work" i just rolled my eyes at him and left. Work work work, does he even know other people exist?

Me and Tani had dinner and my favorite kadhai paneer. We're now playing games in my room, yes i love playing games when i'm bored. Especially with her. She seemed sleepy and its almost 12. So we should be asleep by now. I dont really have any schedules tomorrow. Just my normal university classes from 8 to 3 and after that I have nothing to do. Tani will be busy as its monday so i guess then I'll be bored.

We both got changed in comfortable clothes when i heard my brother "Mahi, are you awake?" I opened the door and hummed. "I forgot to tell you-"

He stopped mid sentance when he saw Tani rolled up on the bed and said "Why is she here? Doesn't she have her own place to live?" She got up, went towards him and hit him. "We're having a sleepover and why do you care! Ugh just tell me why are you here" I said firmly. "As you know one of my close friend from highschool is getting married,

And we're leaving for the wedding in two days." I raised my eyebrows in confusion.

"We?" And he nodded. "You, Me, Vihaan and that sleepyhead bestfriend of yours"

My eyes widened. "Whatt?? Why are we coming to your friend's marriage?" Tani asked in confusion. "Because the girl he's getting married to want you both present there as you both went to the same school as her and she told me you three were close."

I froze when I realised whom he was talking about. Rooh. We three were a trio in high school. And in college she got seperated from us as she left to UK to study law. And we both were stuck here in Jaipur. I looked towards Taniya who was also still in shock that Rooh's getting married. We were still in contact but she never told me they're getting married.

"So Rooh is getting married to Reyaansh and she didnt bother telling us." We both are very disappointed in her. "She wanted this to be a surprise for both of you." We understood and nodded. I'm really happy she's living the life of her dreams. Rooh and Reyaansh are one of the biggest lawyers in the world right now. We both smiled and decided to call her tomorrow morning.

"And listen Mahi, You both will go for shopping tomorrow along with Vihaan and I cant come with you because i've an important meeting. He will be here to pick you both up at 4 PM." I nodded. "But where's the marriage?" I asked.

"Its a surprise and she told me not to disclose it to you both, but the place is full of water. So buy clothes accordingly.

"Are we going to goa? Or maybe Andaman? I want to knoww!!!!"

"No, and be ready tomorrow!" He said while he was about to leave.

"No wait, I've alot of work tomorrow, so Mahi you go with Vihaan, and You-" she pointed towards Ahaan "I know you wont mind taking me shopping day after yesterday, will you?" She smiled mockingly.

"Yeah sure, but in your dreams." He mocked her. Not againn!! "I cant go with her tomorrow so Ahaan you will take her to shopping, that's it! Now stop it both of you!!" I said and smacked their heads. "Fine but i'm taking her only once, that too because you asked me to. I have no interest to take her with me"

"Neither I want to but I dont have time, Asshole!" She shouted back. "Enoughh!!!!!" I pushed him out my room and we slept.

At 7 AM:

I woke up at the sound of my alarm and saw Tani still curled in her blanket. "Wake up, Tani. You have to go home and I have to leave for University too!" She slowly opened her eyes and saw the time. "Ugh fine." She woke up and we both got freshened up and went for breakfast. I saw my brother on his phone again.

"Don't you have any other things to do than being on your phone 24/7?" Tani asked nudging him. "Awww so interested in my life?" "Nope, I dont like boring people" i rolled my eyes. "Oh so you mean, you dont like yourself either?" He smirked. "You-!!!" She was cut off by my mom saying "Enough both of you have breakfast and Tani, you have to leave. Ahaan will drop you both." My brother couldn't deny my mother so I guess he had to get along with Tani. "Okay maa" he said. And we sat down for breakfast.

Bhaiya dropped me at Uni and Tani at her home. I hope they didnt fight their way home. I'm done with my University lectures and waiting for the driver to pick me up when i get a text from someone.

Unknown - Hey Sunshine! Its me Vihaan. Your brother told me to take you shopping. I will be there at your Uni in 10 minutes. I know he told me to pick you up at 4 PM but I have some urgent work later. So i had to prepond it. I hope you dont mind.

Me - Ohh okay!! And no I dont mind!Thank you for taking me. And stop calling me that!

Mr. Handsome - That what?

Me - Sunshine.

Mr. Handsome - Hmm. I can't assure you that. See you! Bye!

Heat rose up my cheeks and god!! Why is he so annoying but Cute at the same time? And where did he get my number from? Ofcourse my brother gave him. I'm not ready to face him right now!! I shot up a text to Mom that I'll be going for shopping so I'll get home late.

I called Tani and she picked up on the third ring, "Hey babe!" She said in a amusing tone. "He's coming to pick me up now. I'm so nervous I dont know what to do!!"

"Oh my poor baby. Its okay just keep calm and call me if anything happens!" She's been there for me always and I'm so thankful for that. I saw his Bugatti coming towards my direction. And I knew it was him "He's here!! Talk to you later. Love youuu!! I said and ended the call as he got out of his car.

"So how's my sunshine?" I'm turning red! Noo! Ugh why is he doing this to me!

"I uh- good, how's My Mr. Handsome?"

I said staring right into his eyes.

I'm not weak I know how to flirt back Mr Khurana. And i looked at him. Is he blushing? Am i dreaming? His cheeks are red and Oh god he looks so Cute.

He changed the topic and opened the door of the car "Shall we?" I nodded and sat in. He started the radio and the song "Tera hone laga hoon" started playing. What a timing!! I spent the rest of my time listening to songs and admiring skies.

AT THE SHOP:

I took 6 Lehengas with me out of which i wanted to buy 2. I didnt want to shop much clothes as I already got some sarees and Lehengas Last month from brands I do photoshoots for. For now, I just wanted to get lehengas and get my nails done!

I wore the first lehenga and now I'm going out to ask him how it looks, because i'm in love this one. A perfect combination of peach and pink. I went out and he stared at me for a minute. Ughhh I'm blushing again. I think he likes this one so he might say yes by looking at his face. "Try another one Sunshine."

"Whatt? I thought you liked it."

"Go change." He smiled And with that he started doing something on his phone.

I came out wearing another one. This one is light mehendi, little straps and so dreamy. "Hmm, okay put this one aside."

"Okay, i'll wear this one for mehendi, i need to try more for the actual wedding!"

"Try the other ones now"

Its been half hour since I'm trying different lehengas and i tried more 4 lehengas out of which he liked none. Aahhh! Why is he annoying me.

"I'm not trying any more! Your choice sucks!!"

He just smiled "Go for the first one"

"WHATTTTTT????????"

"Yes you looked gorgeous in that one, Sunshine." I turned red. Not falling for that. He wasted my time and efforts!!

"Ughhh I hate you!!" I said even if I didnt mean it. "I think you do quite the opposite"

He grinned. I turned back to hide my smile. "Trying to escape me Sunshine?" He said again. "Shut up!"

VIHAAN'S POV:

She looked so pretty in each one of the lehengas, but the first one was Smoking hot. I didn't want to get distracted so I looked in my phone and started to ignore her so i dont do something stupid.

I tried 10 different kurtas. I repeat 10 DIFFERENT KURTAS. She's doing this on purpose. "Which one do you like?" She asked me. "Each one of them except this one i said pointing towards the peach coloured kurta. "We're buying this one then!" She smiled. What? Is she taking her revenge? I see my Sunshine has guts.

"Okay fine" she looked at me confused.

"What?" I asked.

"Nothing. Lets go."

We did shopping for another hour. She loves makeup and nails. Noted. And I drove her home. I went inside to meet her family. "Namaste aunty, Namaste uncle" I went and touched their feet. "Khush raho" they said. "Come have some sandwiches" her maa requested. "No aunty, I'm fine. Where's Ahaan?"

"Always busy with work, He's in his room" I went upside to meet him and then left for home.

MAHIRA'S POV:

I enjoyed alot today with him. I got ready for my photoshoot and was busy thinking about him. "Mahiii." I heard my brother's voice from downside. I went down to see what happened. "Is this for me?" He pointed towards the bag on the sofa. I realised that's Vihaan's stuff. He might have forgot to take it home.

"No bhaiya, Its for Vihaan, i think he forgot to take it with him."

"Accha thik hai, do one thing. Give it to him on your ay to the photoshoot. It's on the way." Why is he sending me to his housee!! Ugh but i cant say no !!

"Okay, I'll leave in 5 minutes."

I'm on his door step right now and I rang the bell. I'm waiting for someone to open the door when I found a girl opening the door. She could be his sister. She looks a year younger than me. "Umm Hello, I went to give these to Vihaan" She laughed.

"And who are you?" She said with so much attitude ugh. "Kon hai??" I heard another girl, the voice was familiar. "Aake dekhle" she told the other girl.

"Ohh Hieee Dii!!" It was Vani, Vihaan's sister. "Heyy! Kaisi hai?" She came and hugged me. "Mai to acchi hu aap batao kaise aane hua."

"Arey your brother forgot these at my house. So i decided to give it to him on my way."

The other girl interrupted. "I'll give it to him" she tried snaching it from me. "Nope, i'll give it to him myself." I shot back. "Vani, where is his room?"

"The first one on the left corner, upside"

"Okay thank you" I smiled at the other girl.

I saw the door unlocked and went inside and found him half naked in a towel. Those abs and his rock hard chest. Oh my. He's so hot. "I- uh-" i turned towards the door Not facing him. "I'm sorryyy!!"

"What do you think you're doing half naked with the door unlocked??"

"Was waiting for you to appear." He whispered coming close to my ear.

"Who bathes at this hour?" I said

"I was just feeling tired. Anyway what brings you here my Sunshine?"

"You forgot your clothes you brought for the wedding at my home, and i told you not to call me Sunshine!!"

"Ohh thank you for that and not for the second part" he said

"You can look at me now."

He was dressed in formal blue jeans and white t-shirt. "I- should leave now, see you." I was about to leave when he caught my wrist.

"Did you like the view" What view? Oh- shit. He caught me staring. "I- uh Shut up!" I left and closed the door.

"I went down and was about to leave when that girl caught me. "Stay away from him, he's mine and he will be mine!!"

I realised she's talking about Vihaan. "Oh yeah? Ah who are you? His girlfriend?"

"No but soon I will be! I know he loves me back just the way i do!"

My heart sinked. So he loves her and not me. I thnk i should just stay away from him. I just fake smiled and left for my shoot.
